can we believe it this time??

i just read an article from newspaper 'the star'
where the government or pak boleh belah..
announce that there will no further fuel price increase for the rest of the year
pak boleh belah also said that wit the current high global price of oil,
the pump price should be rm 3.45 per litre nex month~~
rm 3.45?!!
n like what just happen few past week
where the government said that the price of fuel will increase on october
suddenly the nex day he announced that he price of fuel will increase starting that midnyte..
so do u think we can belive it this time?~
